3. General InformationThe following statement will provide you with an overview of what type of per-sonal data are collected in connection with our website for what purpose and on what legal basis. Personal data are all data relating to you personally, e.g. name, address, email address, user conduct. In addition, we will inform you on your rights towards us as the controller.
4. Data Processing on this WebsiteDuring the mere informational use of this website, Meridian will automatically collect and store information in the server log files your browser transmits to us. These data are technically necessary for us in order to show you this website and to guarantee stability and security (the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) Sentence 1 lit. f GDPR):

- Date and time of the request
- Time zone difference with reference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
- Content of the request (concrete page)
- Access status/HTTP status code
- Respective data volume transferred

Meridian will not attribute these data to specific persons and there will not be any merger of these data with other data sources.
Moreover, we will delete the aforementioned data after they have been used for the above-mentioned purposes (system security and administration).
Furthermore, cookies will be stored on your computer when you use the website. Cookies are small text files which are stored on your hard drive assigned to the browser you use, and with which the provider of the cookie (in this case us) re-ceives particular information. You may withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the fu-ture. Once your request has been dealt with, our server will delete the data in accordance with data protection laws.
7. Open Street MapWe integrate the maps of OpenStreetMap on our website, which are provided by the OpenStreeMap Foundation. This enables us to display interactive maps to you directly on our website and to provide you with comfortable map functions. The legal basis for the use of OpenStreetMap is Art. 6 (1) Sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
When using the map function on our website to navigate, your IP address will be transmitted to the provider. In addition, depending on your device settings, GPS data may be transmitted as well, during the navigation process.

8. Google FontsWe use so-called web fonts, which are provided by Google, on our website to display fonts. When you visit our website, the required web fonts are loaded into your browser cache to display text and fonts correctly.

The use of Google Fonts is required to implement a consistent and attractive visualization on our website. This constitutes a legitimate interest for us.
